what piano lesson books do you kids use?
I teach piano lessons and I am not sure I 100% sure I like the lesson materials that I use for my kids (age 7 to 16). Teacher, what do you use for your students or parents, what is your kids learning from. I just want to get an idea of what people are actually using before I go and sit on the floor of the local music store again.
Thanks

Convince my parents for a kitten?
Well, I'm starting teaching piano lesson for little kids in about a month and I worked out that in about 5 or 6 months I should have save up about $1300, just enough for the ragdoll kitten I've been wanting for ages. The thing is I still have to convince my parents to let me get one. I thought that I should save up the money first and then put the idea to them, also explaining how with my new job i would totally be able to support the kitten without them having to spend a cent. Has anyone got any other good ideas to convince them???
thanks a tonne :)
PS. My dad is actually allergic to cats but I think its their saliva hes allergic to, so if I brushed the kitten every day or so would that stop the kitten from licking itself? Any other suggestions to convince this point?
Ive heard of anti allergy medicine would that work.
And he's only allergic to them if he touches them and then his eyes. So its not like he just gets allergic by being in the same room as them.
oh yeah, and both of my parents said a few months ago that they wouldn't mind getting a kitten, but they may change they're minds
